1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION / ACCOUNT CREATION / ELIGIBILITY.

JORQUECIEL LIMITED provides an online platform that allows you to place interest on any car available in our gallery for lease/rent/hire-purchase.  As a user of the online platform, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information. You understand and agree that we have no control over the conduct of our online platform and agree to release JORQUECIEL LIMITED from all liabilities arising out of or related to any actions or inaction of the users.

In connection with using our online platform to indicate interest or make inquiries on any of our available cars in our gallery for lease/rent/hire-purchase, you must set up your account with us. We will provide you with a user identification and/or password once you indicated an interest in creating an account with us. In connection with any future use, you may be asked to input your user identification and/or password from time to time. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account and agree to be responsible for maintaining the security of your password and user identification. You may be able to log in to your account by logging into your account using your account details. You have every right to disable the connection between you and JORQUECIEL LIMITED without any prior notification if only you do not have any existing lease with us.

Persons under the age of 18 are prohibited from providing personal information on our website. If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use our Services with the supervision of a parent or guardian that is over 21 years of age or older.
